They also have a fantastic selection of fruits and vegetables. They also have some of the best fried chicken and roasted chicken. If you stop by you should at least try the fried chicken, I highly recommend it.”

“I had a chaise that I loved, and it started to peel. Apparently, it was not made out of very high quality materials. Seven years in and 2 years past the warranty from the furniture company, it started peeling. I tried to go back to Haverty's Furniture company but was told they discontinued my piece due to customer complaining of peeling and that my warranty was expired. By then, I had fallen in love with the chaise, and it fit my decor. Walt's Upholstery gave a second life to one of my favorite pieces. They did an excellent job especially with the intricate portions around the wood where the brackets had to be taken out and replaced. They were professional and quick. They picked the piece up from my home, transported it "safely" to their shop, and returned it in pristine condition. They also refurbished my pillows. I tried to locate fabric elsewhere to save monies, but ended up going with their in-house fabric recommendation as I know little (apparently) about what fabrics hold up the best. As a result, it was pricier than I wanted, but it was cheaper than the cost of a similar chaise. I took before and after photos to display their wonderful work!! Thanks Walt's Upholstery!! HIGHLY recommend!!”

“The "24-hour" gas stations in this area are quite a challenge! Everyone is open to sell gas, but try to find one that is open to use the rest room is a challenge! The nice people at the Racetrack sent me down here when I called them on the phone when their doors were locked. Super nice girl behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. Thank heaven for 7-Eleven! (Although, now, after reading the blurb, apparently, I just got lucky)”

“When a friend at Insty Tune found my Corvette Z06 online and I was able to get it before someone else beat me to it, I drove it to his shop and he handed me a bottle of Garage One Pro spray. He told me, this is a gift and if you go over your ride with a California duster followed by a little of this with a microfiber rag, you’ll never need to clean it with water again! His gift, and that advice, were some of the best things I’ve received in my life, no embellishing. Friends of mine who are devout detailers, typically taking best in class, would accept my offering of a little travel size bottle, I’d filled with garage one, saying they might try it but they had their products and felt nothing could surpass what they used. Then I’d get a call about a week later. “Where do you get this stuff??? “They were amazed! One friend did his entire camper as he felt it restored its appearance. The same with his wife’s old car, slated to be sold. Once you try garage one, your search for product is finished and all the elbow grease as well. You’re ride, your camper, whatever... are going to be gorgeous without spending a ton of money and applying very little work. It’s been 11 years and I’d never change to anything else.”

“Why shop local? The Cabinet Store is exactly why locally owned small businesses are an important part of the open market. We bought a home in which the previous owner installed a kitchen remodel using The Cabinet Store in Valrico. Several years later, a dog damaged an end cover and a lower cabinet door. Molly used her time to identify the products we had, the stain, and located both replacement pieces. Ordered, installed, and they are a perfect match. Customer service like this does not happen in the big box stores, so while they have their place, The Cabinet Store, Inc might be the better choice for remodel work.”
