  With a lot work to do and with a lot costumers there - this people team from firestone tire store accepted to help me - they took out the bad tire - they put the spare tire on and they told me that they would call me at 2:00 pm. And guess what? They called me and they fixed the tire - my emergency problem 100% I recommend this spot - thanks guys for help me

  Great people, I requested a front end alignment after purchasing 2 tires, they could have charged me for it and I would never have known, instead they were honest and said they couldn't do an alignment then deducted the amount from the final bill. Thier honesty was refreshing!

  Great customer service and competitive prices, they do not try to oversell. Heather is polite and knowledgeable, the mechanic also explained what he had done which was over and above my request.
  In my experience their work ethics are commended when comparing to the abundance of their local competition.

  I took my 09 Toyota Tacoma to get serviced here. They were busy so I made a appointment and returned later. They asked me about my truck and what I was concerned about. The mechanic named Leo was awesome. When he finished he never tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was polite and I felt like he had done everything I wanted and I was very happy with the whole experience great customer service and I will recommend their shop to anyone looking for a good honest repair shop
