Lake County Tow

This was my first truck towing. They were very caring make sure of me n my husband got back home safe. never seen a tow truck so.caring as they were.. I’m truly Thank them for coming helping us. I will use them again if anything happens to my truck

Yesterday was my 2nd time to need tow service. Both occasions my roadside company contacted LCT and they immediately called me, texted me when they arrived in about 10-15 minutes. I do not recall the gentleman's name that helped me a few years ago, but yesterday it was Nathan. Both gentlemen were proficient at their task and very courteous. But what really stood out to me most is both times it was the same issue, the gear shifter was not engaging, and both times they literally crawled under the vehicle to try and fix it from below, and take the cover off from the top to see what had disconnected, and essentially save me the trip and cost of repair, (which unfortunately still had to be fixed). Neither of them had to do that. They just took it upon themselves to try to do the right thing. That's really says alot about integrity to me. Being a business owner myself, I know the importance of public praise, and detriment of public disgruntlement. It's never a fun time to need a tow, so they probably get the brunt of it at times. I'm happy you are part of the community. I would recommend this company hands down.

From the time I reported we needed help to the time the car was dropped off was less than 1 hour. Very professional. I will definitely use again.

This was my first personal tow truck experience needed and well I'm extremely pleased. Very friendly and efficient on the phone with a time estimate & price. I was told about 30 mins and maybe 18 mins later Pete arrives with a quickness & a smile. I instantly felt comfortable and impressed with the clean new truck and his polite service. I highly recommend and will be saving for my personal tow truck service again. Thank you for helping make an uncomfortable situation safe and simple.

Initially my tow was delayed, and as someone who was in somewhat of a scary time just because of how young I am and because it’s never happened to me before, I was somewhat upset, but after calling and speaking to the kind lady who answered the phone she informed me of why and it all made sense and I understood then why it was delayed but she helped me out a ton when she got the tow truck to me in much shorter time and we made it to the destination right as they were closing but me leaving the car there overnight was no problem with them and I got to communicate with them the scenario briefly which gave me so much peace of mind. To the guy who towed my car he was such a kind man and it’s not in a “I’m an old lady and he was such a sweet young man and very respectful” type of way, it’s in a “as someone who’s also very real and genuine, I am so thankful to have had a great human being help me in this scary situation” type of way. I thank him a ton as well because he took the time to talk to me and build rapport with me making me feel so much more comfortable and he even knew the people at the tire place which made me feel happy and familiarized with everyone.
