(January 18, 2019, 1:04 pm)We spent eight days at the great escape Lakeside and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever been on. What a wonderful way to enjoy your family all in the same house together with endless activities to entertain yourselves with! The movie theater was a big plus and we used the kayaks and canoes almost every day. You will be hard-pressed to find the same quality of lodging that has this many bedrooms anywhere else for the same price. Highly recommended!

(January 17, 2019, 5:56 pm)Such a fun game house. As an avid gamer, it was nostalgic to see a number of old arcade games that I’ve never even heard of before. It’s a family-friendly place for all ages. A very challenging escape room. A pool with a slide and a hot tub. Each room is a different adventure to immerse yourself in. One thing I would’ve liked to have experienced was another set of laser tag guns. At another location there was 4, but at this location, only 2. I really wanted to have a larger laser tag battle but was limited to the 10 yr old vs me (a 30 yr old).
Overall, it was an amazing experience to stay at this home with our family. Andrew knows how to cater to the gamers at heart. -

Great way to spend time with a big group of people - always something new to do each day! My favorite thing was the largest word search ????

(January 17, 2019, 4:19 pm)This is our second stay at Andrew’s luxury estates. The first was Sweet Escape a few years ago. This time we stayed at Great Escape Lakeside with our 5 children/spouses, 4 grandchildren, and a few other close relatives. We stayed 8 nights and had the best time!!!!
We do family vacations each January, so have experienced several different ways to get together. Great Escape Lakeside was perfect for our group. Plenty of bedrooms/baths for the adults and kids. Several common areas to meet up, play games and eat. The pool, hot tub, FAST slide and lazy river were all big hits.
We only left the grounds one day to enjoy Universal Studios. Otherwise, we were very content to spend time using all the fun house and lake amenities.
Highly recommend both Sweet Escape and Great Escape Lakeside!! Will most likely be back in a few years to stay at Andrew’s latest dream house, Great Escape Parkside. -

(January 17, 2019, 3:46 pm)Had a really good time here on a family vacation- my only complaint was Google Maps not getting you as close to the house as would be helpful. I've since submitted a correction, and think that should resolve the biggest issue.
The activities are fun, the themes are spectacularly thought out, and the main floor/kitchen makes for a good hang-out meeting area. A great time!
