  I went to this dealership just to test drive a vehicle. I had no intentions of buying a vehicle, but they made the process so easy and simple. Elle really went out of her way to take care of me. I had driven along ways to that dealership from home and she even made sure to mail me my extra set of keys that needed a new battery. She was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I appreciated her insight and flexibility during price negotiation. She even solicited multiple colleagues to help with my purchase and making sure my vehicle was actually the right choice for me. I was surprised to find, that every colleague she asked for assistance was more than happy to oblige. The dealership has a very family feel. Johnathan assisted me with the finance portion, and he was equally helpful and friendly. At no point did I feel like I was at a car dealership. Overall great experience.

  My fiance and I went to Don Mealey Chevrolet to learn more about C7 Corvettes. She has recently been bitten by the horsepower bug and wants to trade up from a Mustang GT. When we arrived we met James Harrelson. It was refreshing for a salesman to actually know more than me about Corvettes (I am a car enthusiast). He took his time telling us about his inventory and different trim packages. My fiance even test drove a Grand Sport. I will definitely be looking to Don Mealey when the time comes to purchase a Corvette.

  My experience started with receiving an email offering me options for trading in my vehicle. As I was more than half way through my lease and looking to get into a bigger vehicle, it made sense to at least see what Don Mealy had to offer.
  
  Everything in my experience with Cheyenne was great! She listened to our concerns, provided a number of appropriate options, answered our questions and then gave us the time we needed to make a decision.
  
  We were able to leave in a new, bigger truck upgrading from a Colorado to a Silverado 1500. Very pleased with the truck and service we received.

  Tell you all, that I've bought many cars/trucks in the last 40+ years and had them all serviced by their dealers, but none, 'absolutely none' can beat the service of Nicole. Her customer service skills are simply stellar; attention to detail is outstanding! Would she be the responsible person for me and my family coming back to purchase another vehicle?? Absolutely!! Kudos to you Nicole...and hope Don Mealey recognizes and commends you on your 5-star performance within that dealership. Wow. I've never had service like this, it's mind boggling. Nicole is definitely a huge cut above their best!!!

  I could not be happier with my experience at Don Mealey. My experience started with the service department which is spectacular and led to me purchasing a new truck. I had the pleasure of working with Cheyenne who provided tremendous patience and professionalism during the entire sales process. I highly recommend using her for any vehicle needs.
