Dr Schaffer and his wife are an absolute asset to Lake County, and we are lucky to have them. Not only do I write this review as a patient, but as a Registered Nurse. I know what good care is. I was referred for pain management at a practice in Orlando. I read the reviews, and knew there was no way that I was going to go to the practice. Then, I found Dr. Schaffer, a transplant from Gainesville, and I was so glad that I did. He is holistic in his practice, and he demonstrates true caring and kindness. He practices with clinical excellence. I feel very safe in his care. His treatments have been very effective. When I go for injections, he and his wife, are so caring in nature. This attitude goes beyond what most of us are accustomed to in healthcare. To actually feel cared for is part of the therapeutic process. That is the art of medicine. I commend Dr. Schaffer for being able to maintain that in the culture of what medicine has become. You will be in excellent hands with Dr. Schaffer. Do not hesitate to make an appointment.

Dr. Schaffer is incredible. He has helped me more than any other doctor that I have seen in years. He knows what he is talking about and has great bedside manner. His whole staff feels like family and no one makes you feel rushed out the door. Definitely call him!!!

Wow! I cannot believe that Dr. Schaeffer actually read every piece of my paperwork, spoke to me as an equal and spent a great deal of time with me! What an amazing doctor. This is a man that I am excited to have on my side!! He is well educated, open and communicative. His staff is so nice and helpful. I did not feel like a product. I felt like a person who mattered. Dr. Schaeffer is starting from the beginning to form his own opinion rather than relying on records. I am really hopeful for the future!
