  Let me start by writing that in the 30+ years having my career centering every aspect in customer service and writing what is expected from my own personal ideals, leading, and expectations no less than the best from my own staff from being a director, manager, Disaster Resonce Team member 9/11 NYC and just being a customer service advocate for excellence for 30+ years, I can definitely write that Titan Roofing in Clermont Florida is the epitome of excellence not only in their customer service department, leadership, administration, follow-up calls, foremans keeping me informed for the two days they were replacing the roof was beyond what I was expecting not only in the service Titan Roofing gave me and my family but the materials they used in our new roof that is quality and definitely value for anyone's hard earned money. I would like to honestly name the professional people in Titan Roofing that would make any owner proud to have them in their company and help them grow with such a tight knit group of professionals, personable, and offer high standards like I have never been a part of as a customer.

  Sara who came to my house and sold me on the materials, workmanship, explanation of what was expected, and timeframe this roof replacement was going to take, but most of all, Sara's demeanor and professionalism.
  Jennifer for the follow-up phone calls, professionalism, and just speaking to me in such a way that put me in ease with every step of this flawless installation.
  Jose, the actual foreman, was spectacular with his communication and being very careful with our property and just a true professional with his communication skills and eye for detail and leadership with his crew. Jose is a true leader through his work ethic and example to his very hardworking crew. Titan Roofing has the best people in the industry compared to many of the companies I have dealt with throughout my own experiences in the 30+ years I have in retail, medical, and real estate careers I have been a part of.
  I am proud to recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof replacement in their house.

  Titan was recommended to us by a neighbor after a hurricane took off some shingle. Titan came out the next day and tarped our roof to avoid and interior damage. Sara gave us a detailed quote and answered all our questions about the process. She was very patient as we changed our minds a few time on options. The install team was fast and clean, I did not find any nails or debris in the yard when they were done. Highly recommended.

  Inspector was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done (2 boots being replaced). They had reasonable prices and didn't try to add on extras to inflate their invoice. (Another company we contacted tried that tactic and we were informed that the services the other company "suggested" weren't necessary and just a way to add money to the invoice.) The installation crew were kind and respectful, showing us images of the work to ensure it was all done well. Couldn't be happier and, provided their work holds up (which I expect it will) if anything else occurs I will be calling them again.

  Great Job from beginning to end. Titan provided a fair estimate and great service. Responsive and easy to communicate with the representative. Install was easy. Great quality. Note most companies were not able to install shingles on an elite aluminum roof.

  Titan was recommended to me by several others. We needed a new roof due to age and leakage. They gave us a fair price and top notch service on the install. Their agents kept in touch with us to update us on schedule changes and the like. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them.
