Fitness CF

I’ve been to my fair share of gyms all over the United States. This one takes the prize. It’s clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. I travel past the closest gym to me to come here. Definitely recommend

Fitness CF has friendly and knowledgeable staff, friendly and firm trainers making you a priority, amazing machines to work out everyday of your body, and the facilities are immaculate! The staff make sure all safety standards are adhered to for the safety of everyone! Rachel took care of me when I came in for a tour and signing me up, and Taylor is working with me to set my training goals for this year. I can't wait to see what my next year of training holds for me!

Teachers are excellent! I go to Zumba, Yoga and Barre classes. The free workout with a trainer is so awesome. No matter what level you are at they work with you to get you started. Not intimidating at all!! Highly suggest this to be your gym. This will be a place you enjoy coming to. The facility is super clean and sanitized consistently. Great equipment. The healthy smoothies and shakes are delicious...ask me how I know?

This is a great gym that even has a small “ladies only” section. The gym is spacious and always clean. They have a smoothie bar as well! They accept Silver Sneakers-added bonus.

I signed up with Alexis for personal training at fitness cf and that was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health! She has helped me build a positive and healthy mindset towards fitness and dieting and I’ve had so much success in the few months that I’ve been going to her. I highly recommend her!
