(August 14, 2019, 11:21 am)This is a great subscription service. Contact with their help department is quick when needed. An example: I moved residences during a shipment and the shipment was lost via post office. I only notified Mickey Monthly in case they wanted to pursue something with post office and figured I would just take the loss. They sent out a replacement shipment immediately - no questions asked and then they followed up that I had received it. I am part of the Disney Pin subscription and each pin I have received is pristine. I highly recommend.
