This is not a box, this is a family! From owners to coaches to members. I started about 2 years ago and I honestly can say that is the only exercise program that I have been able to stick with. Other than playing little league I never thought I will ever try to compete in a sport ever agin, however at Sweat Factory I have done that 3 times. That is the kind of excitement and motivation that you will get in this place.
Also, from taking to friends that do crossfit at other boxes, many of them don't get the benefit of the nutrional education provided by the owners and coaches, essential to have a good balance in life. This is really a special place where you happened to get in shape!

I have been going to Sweat Factory Crossfit for almost 2 years. I have lasted this long as a member in a gym in the past. When I went I always felt lost and unsure what I was suppose to do. Am I doing this right? Am I doing enough? Am I doing too much? From this first unsure step into SFC I have never felt lost or unsure. There is always a Coach there to guide me and make sure I am doing my workout correctly and safely. And, they seem to always know when I need to push myself a little bit more. At SFC all the members encourage you even when you are struggling. This box just feels like my second family.
Been coming for just over a month. The environment is so welcoming and encouraging and the workouts are fun and challenging. I had never done CrossFit before coming here and was a little intimidated at first, but felt right at home within my first workout thanks to the great coaches and members.
I joined the box nearly 4 months ago and I love it! The coaches are amazing. Always helping you and encouraging you. The other members are friendly and we have fun. I’ve had amazing results and I can’t wait to see how I look and feel in 1 year. No regrets. Best decision I ever made and that is coming from someone who used to hate working out!
