The girls in the front are very welcoming and calming, considering where you are. Dr. Crofton's confidence in himself and his team made, me feel like I was definitely in the right place to have many implants placed. Not only did my surgery go well, but during my recovery (I have to admit) I was a bit of a baby and called them non-stop, sometimes more than once a day and even after hours. No matter who I talked to or how many times I called they never once treated me like I was a bother, instead like I was the only patient they had. I am so grateful for their WOW service they provided me, I will be referring as many people as possible who need implants.”

“Dr. Shuler and his staff are caring and professional! My wife had crushed one of her vertebra and was extreme pain. He came to our home after hours the same day to visit her. He was able to prescribe some medicines that were able to bring relief. He also followed up with her during the weekend to see how she was doing and made some adjustments to her medications. Lastly, Dr. Shuler was totally engaged to work with my wife to explore all the options to bring relief and restoration. He is wonderful!”

“On our first appointment the doctor was fantastic but they did not have the right size of brace. When we come back to pick up the right size brace we are told to be there by noon. We arrived five minutes before noon and they refused to see my son who had no ability to get back there until several days later. I explained that the brace that he had was cutting his leg and while they were nice about it they did not care enough to help him. We were told in the initial visit that they may just have the brace delivered to us, meaning we could have just put it on him ourselves. When we come back they won't even give us the brace for us to put on. They want to put it on him themselves. Not the best patient follow-up care especially for a young kid in pain. **Issue resolved in office the next day.”
