“I began training with Alex Cromartie from Awakened Fitness in May of 2013. Since then I have lost 23 pounds and three dress sizes. My friends have all noticed the weight loss and the muscle definition that I've gained and have commented very positively on it. Alex pushes me just hard enough that I can't be a "quitter" simply because I'm tired, but seems to instinctively know when I've truly had enough. He's been very careful to work with me so I won't get injured during training. Additionally he's been working with me to loosen and strengthen various muscle groups and joints which has benefited my cardio training and yoga practice. As well as being a coach for strength training and overall fitness, Alex has a strong knowledge base on nutrition and advocates healthy eating. The staff is awesome. Jackie is at the front desk and Meg is the head nurse. Things don't always go as planned 100% of the time with anything in life. It's sad someone can have one bad experience which may account for 1% of the time and they write a negative review. If they wrote a positive review for each experience they would see the whole picture. Plain and simple. Do you want a good Doctor? Do you want a nice staff? You have just found both!”

“Dr. Shuler and his staff are caring and professional! My wife had crushed one of her vertebra and was extreme pain. He came to our home after hours the same day to visit her. He was able to prescribe some medicines that were able to bring relief. He also followed up with her during the weekend to see how she was doing and made some adjustments to her medications. Lastly, Dr. Shuler was totally engaged to work with my wife to explore all the options to bring relief and restoration. He is wonderful!”

“On our first appointment the doctor was fantastic but they did not have the right size of brace. When we come back to pick up the right size brace we are told to be there by noon. We arrived five minutes before noon and they refused to see my son who had no ability to get back there until several days later. I explained that the brace that he had was cutting his leg and while they were nice about it they did not care enough to help him. We were told in the initial visit that they may just have the brace delivered to us, meaning we could have just put it on him ourselves. When we come back they won't even give us the brace for us to put on. They want to put it on him themselves. Not the best patient follow-up care especially for a young kid in pain. **Issue resolved in office the next day.”
