“I injured both elbows and was referred to Hohman rehab. Really happy that I was too. Dr Sydney used her brilliant intellect to challenge me and help repair the screaming tendons. Her stretches and exercises are creative and produced results. She has a great team of folks too. Stefanie was quite kind and spent time working with me and throwing in just the right amount of chatting to help distract from the discomfort normally associated with physical therapy. Joe works closely with Dr Sydney too, supervising the patients and helping to keep it all flowing. The appointments were prompt, right on time. No real waiting to be seen. The place is clean and organized. I must say, over the course of my treatment, I think I had the opportunity to meet most of the doctors and staff. They are all fantastic. The receptionist greats you by name, says good morning with a smile. The staff share spirit week with themed days and I feel like I might have cast the winning vote for the pumpkin 🎃 painting contest. At the end of my treatment I feel like I made a couple of friends. “Dr. Wortham and team are fabulous! We went in for a consult after being referred from our dentist and everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful. Dr. Worthman was honest and said he did not recommend treatment for my 8 year old for at least another year and a half. I was so incredibly thankful for his honesty. He is not in this business simply to make money, if that was the case he would have said we need treatment right away (which another place did tell me). He said if we did it now, we'd still have work to do later and if we waited it would be less pain for my 8 year old and less money on my end. I 100% recommend him for his integrity!”

“best doctor i ever had. No one could have helped me with my migraines that i have since i was 9 years old but he did it. first doctor i will have the respect for that always take the time to listen and i totally will and always have the trust and confidence in him but the nurse staff takes forever to return calls especially in case of a emergency with a medication issues its better if you walk in than sit and wait on phone calls from the nurse station but overall other staff is totally awesome and i will always have the confidence in my doctor no matter what the issue is with the nurse but the other staff are outstanding. Thank you guys, Dr sam will always be my doctor, byanca and sita is the best in the office, will help you in anyway they could”

“I suffered a stroke in february and needed home health care upon discharge we started with another local company but due to insurance had to switch to Mederi and it was a true blessing. I was assigned Avadene as my Physical therapist and i cannot say enough about this truly amazing woman. She was caring, thoughtful, loving and helped me so so much in my journey to recovery. She truly was a blessing to me and my family. For Occupational Therapy i was assigned Becky and again words cannot describe the comfort and care she gives it is not just therapy as Avadene and Becky treat me with so much love and compassion it is like having Family members caring for me with the amount of care they gave me.
