  The whole staff was very helpful in scheduling then rescheduling my aunt's blood draw, watching out for her purse I inadvertently left at the office. Then when we did draw, Blake and Alan (Allen?) were very careful of her aging veins. It's a good place that mixes the convenience/efficiency of online registration and follow-up with good in-person customer service.

  Hopefully I have right Quest, but Kudo's to Misty or Missy.needed help with billing. Even not her job did not transfer me..investigated called me back found the problem and resubmitted. Wish I had the name of the person who I spoke to in billing department that was so RUDE and just transfered me to get rid of me..lucky I was able to talk to Misty...TY Misty

  I made an early morning appointment and only spent a total of 15 minutes there. Including wait time. Very clean and professional.

  I have needle phobia due to trauma and the staff was amazing. I wish all phlebotomist were as compassionate. Easy check in. Very clean facility. Friendly check in staff.

  The staff were kind and polite. No wait time. Allen drew my bloodwork and was gentle and professional. This is my new lab. All a credit too their profession Thanks, to you all.
