“I have nothing but high praise with The Unova Orthopedic Clinic. I am a patient of Dr. Tankson and Dr Claudia Thomas. On one occasion Dr. Thomas and the MRI Technician stayed at the office after hours to complete an MRI . Dr. Thomas personally called me at home that evening to give me the results of the MRI. Both Dr. Tankson and Dr. Thomas have always came with me to the checkout desk to be sure that the necessary followup introductions are taken care of. That is a good gesture that other facilities should practice. The Nurse Cherrie, receptionist, and checkout staff are very personable and efficient. I highly recommend UNOVA. Verna Kolman”

I was in and out of this office for some Testing in about 30 minutes and when you been to as many doctors, Hospitals, tests and procedures that I have been through this is truly amazing. I especially was impressed by the one office worker at the desk named Kim. She helped me over the phone with several issues and was so kind, caring and friendly. “Highly recommend! Received my order today from Canadian Meds. Medication was a brand name and exactly what they said it would be. I took meds to local pharmacy and pharmacist gave his approval. Young lady there is very sweet & understanding. She answered all of my questions & took time with me. Asked about my health and even called a few days after to see if she could do anything else for me & answer any questions I might have thought of. They saved me almost $600 on a 3 month order from my Dr. I am on a fixed income and Medicare doesn't help much. My Doctor is who told me to use Canadian Meds, but only the one in Lady Lake. He has worked with them for years. My Doctor is with Villages Healthcare. They had their flyers and Dr told me himself. I will continue to use them. My wife will be ordering very soon too. The customer service is out of this world! They are busy but the short wait I had for a few minutes, I noticed that the young lady there made sure to take her time with customers and make us all feel very important.
