Sean was extremely helpful and help explain all the benefits I would get from carrying insurance on my new devices. We also went into just get a basic phone and we ended up getting the top-of-the-line Z-fold 3 and the April 13 max. He was a pleasure to work with I can’t say it enough that it made a huge difference with our purchasing decision and staying with AT&T.
I also would like to thank Michael the manager for all his support and help. This is the best AT&T location I’ve ever dealt with that I’ve been with for seven years with AT&T I recommend them and give them five stars

I had an issue about post that we're coming into my messaging about viruses and problems I was having and as a result my questions which I asked about virus protection for an Android phone we're completely resolved and we're absolutely relinquished as to the fact that I had no worries at all so far as I was concerned because Android had a built-in security Safari viruses were concerned and these things that come on your phone that tell you that you have so many viruses on your phone and they are robbing your information are basically a hoax and they are just trying to get you to buy their virus protection which you absolutely positively do not need on your phone and my problem was resolved and totally reassured from my representative

They solved all my problems and even recommended some accessories for my phone specifically for the issues I was having, which I now can’t imagine living without.
