  We recently had a delivery of furniture. The two men who delivered it were professional and courteous. Their names were Mike and Dee. Babette's is fortunate to have them!

  We have found the personnel at the Babette's Furniture and Home store in The Villages to be a pleasure to work with. The manager, Carlos, Victoria, our sales person, as well as Carlin and Mark, the installers who brought in and set up our four-piece Flexsteel sectional, have all been very kind, courteous, competent and capable. Thank you all. My wife and I look forward to enjoying the sectional for a long time to come.

  Just a little slow , but wanted you to know.. I recently bought a white chair and the delivery was fantastic. Kudos to Mike and Trey. Called to let me know their time, and were here. Professional, well-mannered and made sure of the placement of the chair. Thank you Mike & Trey.

  We stopped into Babette’s one Saturday on the way home from an activity. Our fabulous salesperson, Pattie, was charming and very knowledgeable. She offered us bottles of water, gave us an overview of the store layout, asked us questions about our furniture style and let us wander around, checking with us from time to time. We ended up purchasing a coffee table set and a dining room table and 8 chairs. Pattie told us all about the store sale which saved us a lot of $$ and expected delivery dates. She kept us up to date with delivery date changes and called us when all pieces had arrived in the warehouse. Due to holiday plans, we had to delay delivery and Pattie made all the arrangements.
  
  Our delivery men, Mike and Tray, were excellent. Mike did a walk through so he knew where the furniture would go, made sure the table was placed perfectly under the chandelier, placed the coffee table exactly where I wanted it and made sure our screen door closed properly after delivery. I was very impressed with the notification system that morning including a 2 minute warning that they were pulling up!
  
  I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

  Our shopping experience was terrific from start to finish. Our salesperson Kimberly was very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy in any way. She provided an estimated delivery time of 8-10 weeks and we received our sofa in 7 weeks. Our delivery made by George and Mark was first delivery of the day and they were careful while bringing it into the house. They took the time to ensure all the features worked properly before they left. Wonderful experience and will definitely shop at Babette’s in the future.
