  Excellent service. My air-conditioning has stopped working and they found the leaks promptly and replaced everything that was necessary. Everything is working great now! The staff was courteous and very helpful.

  I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time and was met at my car by a service advisor who was very helpful and informative in getting the service and software update done quickly. He also consulted with me partway thru the service. I was out the door from my arrival time in less than 1.5 hours. Excellent work.

  I was about 30 minutes early but the team was ready. Took my car and in less than an hour all service completed and I got debriefed by service technician. Customer waiting area was clean and neat. All the Jenkins team were polite and customer focused. Thank you.

  The service was very good, I was updated on the issues other than the service with price estimates. What I would rate a '0' was the sales call wanting to 'buy' my car to sell me another. I thought that was the bottom of the barrell to put it nicely. Permission was never asked or given to give my information to a sales person.
