  Now that Gilbert park is completely close in it is the perfect place! They are still working on fixing the gates, but when you're trying to keep an eye on 2 or 3 kids it's piece of mind.

  Cute little park in Mt Dora. Nice new playground and lots of shady areas to relax. Kind of sorry I was only visiting and probably will never be back.

  Visiting family in Apopka, had a great time with my kids. Everything is new and shiny and well kept. My kids had a great time as well, which is really why I go to parks. They made plenty of new friends, albeit short-term.
  
  Overall, a wonderful park with a nice enclosure, excellent playscapes, and an enjoyable seating area.

  I love taking my family to this little park in Mount Dora. The boardwalk is second to none, especially at sunset. There is also a playground for little ones. The park is within walking distance to down town and offers a great way to escape into nature while still being close to all of the comforts of the town.

  Grew up in this park remember when they built and opened the old playground. They tore it down recently after 29 years. And I'm excited to see what they put there I heard a pirate ship theme playground . Great to take kids and swing or play, and go walk around the lake on the nature trail or to the lighthouse. Lots of great photos opportunities. Especially at sunset on the lake gorgeous.
