  From a transplanted Bostonian --- these folks know how to serve cold water seafood. Whales Tale has the best clams,scallops, and haddock in the area--fried to perfection.

  Dont be surprised when you discover this restaurant - it is located in an older shopping mall and the outside appearance is very ordinary - storefronty! But venture inside and be treated to prompt service and superb seafood - amazing in the heart of central Florida. Each time I visit the area, I head for this fish house! The menu is limited but if you enjoy fried seafood you will be raving for hours on its quality and taste. The fried shrimp and haddock basket is magnificent. Large portions and fried to perfection - a golden brown glow reflecting fresh oil and just enough to appeal to your taste buds without interfering with the flavor of the seafood. Prices are reasonable and well worth every penny spent. Restaurant is very plain and perhaps only 15 booths and tables. This restaurant is not a romantic hotspot, but who cares - its food is its ambiance.

  Fried seafood. Generous portions and nice variety. Get there before 5 on Fridays. Recommended!

  I really like this place. Certainly nothing fancy. Just good service fair prices and what I believe is good fried Seafood. I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like and the hush puppies are exceptionally good.. friendly staff, good food and prompt service makes for a very enjoyable meal.
