A very quit place. Nice and clean
Very convenient location - close to everything. New managers Lisa and Ray are doing a lot to improve the park. Large yards, very pet friendly and a double-wide road through the park. An added plus - it sits right on Lake Eustis.

Some negative reviewers seem to be the same person – notice the time frames, probably just wanting a gripe. Our experience is totally different. We have lived here 6 years. We are full time, year rounders and love it here. We are in our early 60’s. Best waterfront in central Florida, very nice marina. Close to lots of amenities, Hospital, Supermarkets, Starbucks, Restaurants. Very convenient to get to west or east Florida coasts. People here are very friendly and some nice activities in the winter months. Reasonable lot rents and fair, friendly management. Homes are kept nice, with lots of trees, shrubs and flowers. I have never encountered anything illegal going on here and feel very safe. We know our neighbors and most watch out for one another. Very nice park.
