  Vic was very informative in helping us to decide on the best mattress without being
  pushy. After the purchase he went above and beyond in helping us load the set to make sure we arrived home without incident. We have been very pleased with our purchase and are enjoying restful sleep.

  Jim the salesperson was very informative whilst not being pushy- we like that quality! The delivery guys could not have been better- delivered on time, quick, clean and very polite and friendly!! A very nice buying experience all around- now, let’s try out the mattress and hope it’s great too! Dan

  Just like the sign. Made in the USA!! 12 year warranty on mattresses!! Great price and great service by Jim ! Answered all our questions and we bought a new mattress ????.

  This was our second time at At the original mattress factory. The first time was in Orlando back in 2004 , we were very happy with the service and price then as well now. Our trip to the Villages store was a good distance, we live in Tavares Fl. The trip was worth it. Our salesman, Vic , was kind and generous with his time. Not at all pushy, looked up our last purchase and told us which mattress we purchased last time and explained the features of all the other mattresses as well . We purchased a different version this time as we are much older and wanted something a little softer. The experience was very nice and we will be back for another for the guest room after a few weeks of trying out this purchase. Ask for Vic , he’s very pleasant and a good guy. True to his word.

  We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a mattress and 2 pillows.
  The display room was orderly and clean; the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery team was courteous and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience for purchasing an item. After 4 days of use, we are happy with the purchases.
