“In response to Mr Devries review located on this site. I would like to say we apologize that you had a bad experience with us but please give everyone the whole true story. You came in having ac problems roughly 45-60 days after taking delivery and we offered to pay upfront a portion of the repairs as a loan to you interest free even though your vehicle had front end damage that had damaged the compressor that was not there when you purchased your car. Lastly you said your transmission went out and we sold you a bad car. Mr. Devries you put 20,000 MILES on it in roughly 4 months. You said you had a FRIEND service the transmission for you. I assure you if the transmission was BAD when we sold it to you then it would not have made it 20,000 miles in the 4 months you owned it. Meanwhile the lender has agreed to loan you the money for the repairs and in fact our sister store completed those for you last week. Again we never sell a bad car on purpose as all of our vehicles, including yours, is serviced and safety inspected at Pep Boys here in Leesburg prior to being sold. Again I just wanted to make sure the whole story was shared.”

“Had a great experience with Collins Tire. I have been shopping around for tires now for a couple days and having problems finding a shop that would accommodate my needs for having oversized tires. So I went to their competitor two days prior and they quoted me $300 to mount and balance my tires. So I shopped around found Collins Tire and was shocked, over the phone, quoted me $50.00 to install 4 large truck tires. So I dropped the truck off the same day I called for service. They had it ready for me in about 2 hours and the total came to $60.00. Hands down I would recommend them to anybody that needs any type of tire service done on their car truck or SUV.”

Last week while driving from out of state I ran into some engine trouble, but I was fortunate enough to make it safely to Palm Tire and Automotive (located just a few miles from I-75). My first impression once arriving to the shop was how nice and clean the facility was, much different than most auto shops that I had been to before. The staff here was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the issues my vehicle was experiencing. Within a matter of minutes the team was able to diagnose the issue as well as present me with my options of remedy. The work was done faster then I expected and when I picked it up my final bill was literally hundreds less then the original quote. This was because once they inspected everything they found they didn't have to replace everything they thought they would. They could have run the bill up to the original estimate and I would have never known and would have still been happy with the price. A fair and honest shop to deal with.”

“Great experience and service. Allstate sent out an inspector at 10am and by noon same day FastRite was in my driveway replacing a windshield. The service rep knew what he was doing. He even transfered my gate entry sticker and toll pass from the damaged windshield to the new. Usually you have to replace those once you pull them off. I would highly recommend FastRite for glass replacement.”
