“I have had nothing but the utmost professional, courteous, timely appointments and service response by Dr Joyce and staff! Never having to wait long for my appt in a waiting room either like many others have. Plus they help to always quickly resolve any conflicts I have with pharmacy refills too as Dr Joyce keeps very accurate notes and records. Dr Joyce listens and makes time for me in between appointments if needed and will not over medicate like many others in my past have done. Any non urgent phone calls have been returned same day if not the next business day. I hear from many doctors I see that I am so lucky to have Dr Joyce as she is the best and I so agree!! Blessed! I got right in when I moved to the area. But I do know from prior experience, in other states too, getting in to see anyone in the mental health and treatment field can have a 4-8 month wait. That is not Dr. Joyce's fault but a limited amount of doctors available for a growing industry.”

The whole office is run so efficiently. On my first visit I was able to get needed work done after my exam and cleaning, so that I wouldn't have to come back, and was out of there in no time! “My mom was transferred from the hospital for rehab following a broken hip. The staff could not have been more helpful and caring during her stay. The facilities seemed new and very clean. Every day the facility provided activities such as bingo, outside singers, as well as entertainers that came to the room to cheer up the patients and visitors. One such visit was a young lady with a cute dog in a remote controlled car that went from room to room. Thank you Marsha (Activities Director)!! They also have a Care Team that provides a Care meeting with the family on predetermined intervals. The Care Team has representatives from each department responsible for care. The meeting is useful in answering questions, allowing patient feedback, and offering a checkpoint on the progress being made. It was at this meeting that I learned my mom had improved enough that she will be released in just a few days. Overall I would definitely select The Lakes of Clermont again, if my family ever has a need.”
