“Dr. Nowicki gave me a choice between 2 surgical centers to get the hardware in my kneecap removed. I chose South Lake for convenience, but I had no idea that I would be treated like royalty! With 2 nurses prepping me for surgery, and making me feel so comfortable, I almost felt guilty with all of the attention. When I came to, I asked if it was 11:49 yet. They asked why. I told them that the Blue Angels were doing a fly-over the hospital. They said that I couldn't see it, and I fell asleep again. When I woke up again, they were right by my side, and showed me a video of the fly-over. I highly recommend South Lake Surgical Center for their cleanliness and professionalism, but also because they make you feel like you are part of the family atmosphere. You won't be treated like a number, nor will you feel like you are being herded in with a bunch of other patients. I hope I never have to have surgery again, but if I do, I will definitely go back here, where I'm treated like a family member. Thank you so much!”

They are well trained and knowledgeable and without hesitation your loved one will be in the best setting and well taken care of. It’s the hardest decision you’ll ever have to make in your life, and when you are bringing your loved one to their new home, it is because you reach the point that you are no longer able to continue caring for your loved one on your own. You will shed a few tears that first day of separation. However, when you come back to visit your loved one and see the level of care they are receiving you will realize you’ve made the best decision. My father loved the beef stew by the way, and he made it a point to always tell me he could not complain about the care he was receiving.
