The front desk woman was very nice and friendly and even helped me with a little paperwork issue , and didn’t act as if it was an inconvenience to her, she was awesome. The woman doing my xRay was also very nice and friendly and calm. Her directions were very easy to understand and she made me feel comfortable. “OMG - TNT is somewhere everyone should go with any symptoms. Conventional medicine gives prescriptions, which are just band-aids addressing the symptoms and not the cause. I can't understand why we take medicines that just cause more problems. TNT finds what's causing the symptoms and addresses it with food! Yes food, and some supplements if deficient. If only we'd been taught this in school -- we'd all be a lot healthier. But what's really phenomenal is the TNT experience. “My 87 year old mother went in here after a bad accident to her leg. The facility is very clean and like new. They took good care of leg dressings and medicines. The rehab center worked with her and we had good results. The food was always hot and I could eat with her whenever I wanted. They have no dietary restrictions. I visited every day. If I needed rehab I would go here. If I had an older friend or relative that couldn't live alone, I'd look for more of a nursing home.”

Going out of your way and buying whoppers from BK just so my mom would eat..I could go on and on about..But, the most important thing is the care and compassion you all ( and you know who you all are)gave my mother. Lady Lake Specialty Care was like a second home for me. I could call Kimberly anytime I was feeling down about my mom or any concerns I had. Every concern I had was dealt with in a timely manner. My mother was there a little bit over a year. She has now passed on and I would send her back to Lady lake specialty care if I ever had to do it again. No regrets. “I have nothing but high praise with The Unova Orthopedic Clinic. I am a patient of Dr. Tankson and Dr Claudia Thomas. On one occasion Dr. Thomas and the MRI Technician stayed at the office after hours to complete an MRI . Dr. Thomas personally called me at home that evening to give me the results of the MRI. Both Dr. Tankson and Dr. Thomas have always came with me to the checkout desk to be sure that the necessary followup introductions are taken care of. That is a good gesture that other facilities should practice. The Nurse Cherrie, receptionist, and checkout staff are very personable and efficient. I highly recommend UNOVA. Verna Kolman”

I was in and out of this office for some Testing in about 30 minutes and when you been to as many doctors, Hospitals, tests and procedures that I have been through this is truly amazing. I especially was impressed by the one office worker at the desk named Kim. She helped me over the phone with several issues and was so kind, caring and friendly.
