Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of equipment so typically there is no waiting. They have quite a few classes which are included in your membership. Great atmosphere to train.”

“Everyone there makes you feel right at home. I have been doing Crossfit for 3 years now, and have dropped into many gyms. This was the only one I came back to not only one more time, but twice. I went everyday I was in the area. The people at the 8:30 are super nice. I’m sure the rest are too, but that’s the only class I went to. The coaches watch the whole time, so no one will get hurt. They also run on time! The next time I’m in the area this is the gym I will go to!”
