“*UPDATE* My daughter just turned 9 and she is still going to South Lake Karate. She's very proud of being able to accomplish things that she didn't think she could, like breaking boards. Also, total skill she will always have: she can out push-up anyone! Her form is great and she puts all the boys to shame on her baseball team with her form and endurance! “I have been coming to Clermont Workout since they opened. I have had quite a transformation and wish I had better after pictures. I love the circuit bootcamp class. I attend it 4 days a week. It is a 45 min class, even though it does not feel like 45 minute. Robin and Joseph are great at giving you the confidence you need to get started and keep going! The classes are modified for you, no matter who is there. You really feel like you are getting personalized training for a fraction of the price!
