“I began training with Alex Cromartie from Awakened Fitness in May of 2013. Since then I have lost 23 pounds and three dress sizes. My friends have all noticed the weight loss and the muscle definition that I've gained and have commented very positively on it. Alex pushes me just hard enough that I can't be a "quitter" simply because I'm tired, but seems to instinctively know when I've truly had enough. He's been very careful to work with me so I won't get injured during training.
