I am certainly not the easiest client to help but they did an outstanding job of making me feel welcome and at home and did their absolute best to accommodate all of my concerns. Well done. Update: 12/29/18: My recently replaced crown popped out after flossing and in panic mode, I called Dr. Mitesh Jivan's emergency line and he was more than willing to come into the office and fix it right up. His willingness to help me out right then and there and not put me off until next week after the holiday's was a tremendous relief and just goes to show you how much he cares about his patients and the lengths he will go to demonstrate it. Truly appreciate what he did. There are tons and tons of dentists out there but he stands out as one of the best I have ever dealt with in over 20+ years.”

“I am delighted to have found Dr. Nguyen. For the first time in my entire life (62 years as of this writing!) I have found a doctor who is willing to listen to what things are concerning me regarding my health and then take the time to ask for more input and clarication to make certain he understands my concerns. I also very much appreciate the fact that Dr. Nguyen is not a "prescription pusher". Hearing a doctor say, "Yes, there are medications that could be prescribed for that, but, I would rather you try doing this, first..." is very unusual these days. In addition, unlike every other doctor I have been to in the past, when I say, "I did a considerable amount of searching on line and found links that indicated this might be an alternative or that doing 'this, instead of that' might also help, or, that taking this supplement might achieve the same results or better than prescription medications.." Dr. Nguyen has never once given me that "I am the doctor, you are here to see me and listen to what I say, not me listen to you!" look that so many of them over the years have given. The one other aspect of a visit with Dr. Nguyen that I particularly appreciate is that after all of my concerns have been discussed and just prior to concluding the visit, Dr. Nguyen will say, "Alright, before we finish, is there anything else that was concerning you today that we might not have talked about?" That is fantastic! For the first time in a long, long time, I actually look forward to seeing the doctor because I finally feel as if I have a health "partner" who truly wants to see me remain as healthy as possible (as opposed to someone seeing how fast they can get me in and out the door so they can make their numbers for the day.) So glad to have found Dr. Nguyen!”

“I was referred by my home acupuncturist. Amy does a lot more work than I was used to. I did not drive home. I was way too relaxed and my mind was so clear. It lasted into the next day. Now 4 months later, my major complaint (left shoulder) feels like I never had a problem. The feeling is back in my feet, the swelling is over 50% gone, the numbness in my calves has been minimized. And she worked on my sinus issues and got them to the point where I can breathe well. I will miss her analysis of my body problems. I will miss her fixing things so fast. I have been spoiled by her expertise. Now I will have to challenge the acupuncturist back home. I will miss seeing her and talking to her.
