“Wow I really don't get all the negative reviews. Come this April 2019.... I will be here one year. Yes it has its normal apartment situations and headaches. But I just love my apartment. And Ron has been absolutely fantastic. He was a good hire. I love the yearly activities that he has planned out for the kids who live here. And as a grandma I love that I can cook and bake and donate to these activities. And watch the kids have fun. So kudos to Ron and his crew.... and major kudos to the owners who hired him.”

“I really enjoyed living here and I really wouldn’t have any complaints if it wasn’t for the maintenance staff and the gate never working. I recently finished my one year lease here and overall I loved this place. I had great neighbors that never gave me any issues and the community is a safe place. Although, I loved this place and I’m giving it 4 stars, I do want to make the managers and office staff aware of some things. Since I had been living there, the gate probably worked for a month (if that). The other issue that I had was with the maintenance staff. I had put in a maintenance request and I made it VERY SPECIFIC in the instructions that they did not have the right to enter my apartment if I didn’t answer the door. Well, I was in the shower and I hear a ridiculous amount of knocking. Obviously, I’m in the shower and I couldn’t get to the door. And that’s when I hear the maintenance guys just unlock my door and enter. That is UNACCEPTABLE. I made them leave and come back later. When they came back later they decided to come in a huge group of 4. As a young 26 year old female, I don’t need 4 guys in my one bedroom apartment at once. It’s not hang out time. One person would have been more than sufficient to fix the issue. I hope management has a talk with the maintenance staff because no one should ever enter an apartment without permission. If no one answers the door then walk away or give them a call how I had specified in my instructions. However, as you see, I am still giving this place 4 stars because it really is a great place to live.”
