My AC unit went out and it was after 8p.m. They walked me through - on the phone- what to do, and my AC came back on - and they had a service technician- Ray Jones there first thing and I mean 7: 30 am - Ray was thorough, informative and covered every aspect of the AC unit imaginable...the air has been on since and if I ever have an issue I will turn to AC Guys and if Ray is our technician again that will be a welcome bonus!!!”
