Since my home system had stopped cooling, he asked timeline questions whether cooling loss was gradual or sudden, and whether system fans were still working inside and outside. He was very knowledgeable on my older system, and fortunately was able to add refrigerant to return to operation. No system lasts forever, and this system will need to be replaced in the next few years - and St. Louis will be doing it.”

“This is L fincher, I put La Pierre cabinets in my home 30 years ago. They were white Bianca style Formica with white Formica counter tops. I have been more then pleased with them as most people are shocked at the good condition they are still in today. I am hoping to finally remodel our kithchen soon using La Pierre again. . “I walked in to the store without really knowing much about anything related to guns, and I told the attendants as much when I got to the counter. I told them that I was strictly looking to educate myself and that I wouldn't be buying on that particular day. I wouldn't have been surprised (or even upset, to be honest) if they wouldn't have spent any time with me knowing they weren't going to get my money. What happened was the EXACT opposite. They were patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating as I asked to see over a half dozen different guns. They made recommendations based on what I told them without pressuring me into a sale. When I'm ready to purchase, I will absolutely be back.”
