Sand 'n Sea Beach Flats

This is our new favorite vacation spot. An incredible location just seconds from a gorgeous beach (picturesque sunset views anyone???) and a relaxing pool paradise right outside your front door. What more could you ask for? The charm of this place will have you wishing you could stay… we will be back ASAP!!

Absolute gem of a place that really has the “old Florida” feel that the island is missing these days w all the new massive homes going up. The location is unbeatable w walking to shops and restaurants and the beach a 30 second walk away. The landscaping really gives you a private and tropical oasis feel. And w the pool right out your front door this place can’t be beat. The units are stocked well and has the old Florida charm that we so appreciate. Everything was clean and to our liking. Will definitely book again.

Our family greatly enjoyed our week in June, 2021. We rented all 5 units. Everything was great and we had no major complaints. The kitchen items such as plates, silverware, pans, etc, seemed to be mixed up between units but we made it work. If renting separately it might be an issue.

Great location but old and not well cared for. Furniture is deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Also dirty. Baseboards were covered with dust. Floors were dirty. Throw rugs needed to be cleaned. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Close to beach.

Amazing treasure on AMI! All the amenities from home in a lovely tropical setting. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Nicest beach I’ve ever been on! Walk or ride the free bus to dining and shopping. It’s going to be hard to leave!
