WOW....I was so impressed with the Forbes Property Group and Lee Forbes and highly recommend Lee and his company. I was totally in giving up on selling my home and could not understand why it was not selling. It was not my home it is finding the right person who is well experienced, knows the business, has people skills, great negotiator and most of all kept me at ease as I moved to Arizona. Lee was always 20+ steps ahead of me and answered calls, texts and email anytime of the day including while he was on vacation with his family. My home was displayed in so many various property sites that it was visible out in the internet. In less than 2 weeks my home had a FIRM contract pending and closed. Lee sent informational packages for me to read and help with the move. The morning of my closing I received this text from Lee Forbes “Happy closing day to you! We should have confirmation for you within the next few hours.

My experience with Lee and the team was exceptional. When looking for a realtor my first priority was to find a realtor that could sell my property fast to avoid any downtime.
