  We are so pleased to have found ShoreView. This is our first ever apartment after many years owning or traveling full time in our motorcoach. This is a great place to spend your retirement years. The view is above all expectations. This all works only if you have great management to back it up. Stephanie and Linda in the front office and Mark's maintenance team have made every effort to make our stay here as comfortable as can be. Besides being very pleasant they all are quick to respond. An example I put in a work order and within 15 minutes they were at our door to solve the problem. In today's work inviroment finding great help that are happy at their job is a rarity. Kudos to ownership and their management company. I can not say Thank You enough.

  We needed a home quick and Stephanie did everything she could to make that happen. We were about to sign a lease next door at Aria, until we met with Stephanie. She BLEW away the customer service we received at Aria or lack there of. She found us a beautiful apartment in our price range. The apartments are stunning and right on the water! We never thought twice again about Aria.

  I have loved living here. Apartments are clean and new. Most of the folks living here are a bit more mature so they're not playing loud music or yelling at one another and they tend to use their phones to let people know they're waiting downstairs rather than their horns.
  
  The staff is great, here. Stephanie is awesome! Having lived in multiple apartments in Florida over the years, I have rather negative expectations for apartment management staff. Shoreview, however, has been great. Stephanie always goes out of her way to help and views her customers as people rather than leases or paychecks. She's a really nice person!
  
  I would recommend anyone I know live here. It's been a good experience for me. Thanks, Shoreview!

  Up until the new management took over (Stephanie and Linda), we Would not have given it four stars! Stephanie, Linda, Mark and Joel, are a huge step above what we had experienced with RAM partners!
  The Old Guard Managers were very passive-aggressive in the way they dealt with you. Stephanie is a breath of fresh air! She is the one I have the most experience with. The other folks are very nice, I just don't know them well. I gave it 4 stars only because of the structural mistakes that were made! Our screened in patio is covered in dryer lint! When Shoreview was built, they did not vent the dryer to the outside of the building! Trying to clean our screens is an impossible and dangerous task! You need a ladder to clean the screen. This is something my spouse and I initially tried and realized, as seniors we should NOT be doing! Climbing ladders at our age is out of the question! The only other thing, also has to do with cleanliness. We are very particular about this subject. The cushions at the gorgeous pool were not kept clean. I love going to the pool to relax around the cushioned seating area but had to stop because they became so dirty. However, I mentioned this to Stephanie and she took care of it immediately. The last, is the price we are paying now after only 5 months! A 26% increase is unacceptable. We WERE considering staying indefinitely until the price change. We will now continue with our search for our forever home. Overall, we feel Shoreview is beautiful with what is now, great staff!
