(September 26, 2019, 5:32 am)OZK is big enough to offer you what you need and still have a smaller bank feel and approach. At a time when the biggest banks are pulling back on staff and using their imagination to come up with a plethora of new fees, this bank has a people first approach. Harvey is a great manager and my dealings with Kelly Cardella have been perfect. The tellers also go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. The SR70 locations are very convenient. Great bank!

(May 15, 2019, 4:32 pm)Honestly the easiest banking experience I've ever had. I've had many mortgages and dealt with many banks but this one is by far the best. I did a home equity line of credit and it was done in 2 weeks. Competitive rates and amazing customer service !
