  From beginning to end, this has been a great experience. My salesperson, John Thompson, was very knowledgeable and very patient as I took quite some time to decide on the color of shingles. The ladies in the office, Courtney & Lindsey were always very pleasant and professional. The crew arrived on time and went right to work finishing my roof in less than 2 days even with a downpour. Jeremy, who was running the project, is an asset to this company. He was great at communicating with me as to what was happening & answering any questions. When the roof was finished, he came by to check everything & to do yet another run over my yard for roofing nails. This was a big concern of mine. He even went so far as to go around the outside of the house with a blower leaving it better than when they arrived. From my experience, this is a quality company and I’d certainly recommend them.

  Getting a new roof is a major investment, so you want to be sure to select the right company. All the people we worked with were courteous, professional and hard-working. They communicated regularly, showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised and were upfront about any issues they encountered and clearly explaining options and any additional charges. The crew did an amazing job, too, taking photos along the process and staying late, as needed to finish the job. The new roof looks beautiful.

  After hurricane Ian I contacted 7 Different roofing contractors. After comparing apples to apples in terms of , cost, quality and warranty, Westfall won my attention by a landslide. Westfall uses an amazing underlayment not the fabric junk and the offer a 10 year workmanship warranty!! (You'd be surprised how many roofing contractors do not offer that kind of warranty.) From the moment I received my estimate to the moment I signed the contract to move forward It was honestly one of the smoothest business transaction I've ever made. Communication all the way through and professional, respectful team and company! My new roof looks amazing! It really stands out in terms of workmanship and style. Thank you so much for putting a solid roof over myself and my family's head. I am very impressed and satisfied with everything. A shout out to the Sales Manager Lenny G for his kindness and knowledge, and willingness to find answers I needed and to get the ball rolling. Another shout out to the field supervisor Justin L. Justin was so helpful, humble and ready to do whats necessary to make sure the installation process was smooth from beginning to end, and it was! Thank you to ALL Westfall team members who helped me along the way. Westfall Roofing is the best in ALL of SWFL, guaranteed.

  Overall, we were very pleased with our Westfall experience. Our sales consultant was knowledgeable and patient, with no high pressure sales tactics. The work crew was incredible - punctual, polite, and so hard-working. We were especially happy with how well the crew cleaned up at the end of the day and upon project completion. Highly recommend.

  The sales person Steve, was very nice and always answered his phone and was very accommodating. The roof replacement was done very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything when done. The supervisor, Jeremy, was quick to come back after the installation to make sure everything was ok. Wonderful company! We are very pleased and satisfied with their work. We will definitely recommend. The roof looks beautiful! Thank you Westfall!!
