(April 3, 2022, 12:19 am)First I was late arriving due to traffic. The receptionist was understanding and I was taken to the exam room promptly. The medical assistant was professional and considerate. Dr Brown examined an abnormality on my tongue. She explained I would need a biopsy. She and her staff were very caring , explained the procedure, the numbing etc. I felt like there were really concerned about my comfort, and anxiety. I was informed of my results within the week.
