(February 23, 2021, 4:52 pm)I installed a brake controller for my dump trailer in my 99 7.3 powerstroke. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't connecting to electric brakes. I went to the business asked for help. A service man crawled under the truck with me showed me a wire that I had to splice in order for it to work. Very thankful they helped me. Knowing is half the battle . Highly recommend this place if you got trailer issues of any sort.
