Dr Czak is the nicest, most caring and thoughtful doctors I have ever needed..Dr Czak inserted a a stent April 2022, I have had no problems..I still need to loose a little more weight and from the medical side of things, I know Dr Czak will be there if and when I need him..Just can't say enough..Thank you Dr Czak

Dr. Czar, is personable, kind, very interested in what you have to say. He is an excellent doctor, and prescribed a new type of heart monitor that i had never even heard about yet. He asked many questions, ordered important tests, and was so thorough everyone needs to know about him.
