“I found a great Dental office after having had a horrible experience with my previous Dental office. I had my teeth cleaned with Kirsten today. She took me on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. She explained everything she did before she did it, and she truly demonstrated she really cared about what she does. This is the most thorough cleaning I ever had. This is a small office, not a corporate run office, so the attention to detail and caring was very noticeable. “Today was my first visit to this office, but I have taken my son to the pediatrics side a few times. I love this office so far because the entire staff is very, very friendly. Angie checked me in, Christine was the dental assistant, Dr. Shafi was my dentist, and Gail verified my insurance. Plus, it's a one-stop-shop for my son, my husband, and myself. I was going to another practice and had to travel to 2 different locations for adult dentistry and my orthro appointments. They also explained my future treatment plans and the costs clearly. “Front desk people are very unpleasant, but the doctors , nurses are excellent, wanted to thank one of the best nurse tech AMOR , she is absolutely amazing she took care of my kid even tho she was off the clock , she took extra time to take care of her. Front desk did not wanna check us in telling us to go sarasota memorial because they are closing, they close at 8 we got there 6:45 pm but she absolutely has nothing to do with us , even checked my daughter temperature saying she don’t have fever even tho she can see my daughter shivering and wrapped in heavy blanket Glad amor saw her on her way out . And took care of her, 102 something fever bad ear infection and throat infection that is why she’s having a high fever. Hope front desk people don’t do this to anyone ever again, she clearly wanted me to go home and saying my kid don’t have fever.”

“Found a dental office that has integrity, care and kindness besides high quality professionalism. Dr. Phifer did a bridge for me that malfunctioned within a year or so, to my major relief she did an other bridge right away at no charge to me. She has earned my complete trust and respect. I also love when the staff puts up a bible verses for the patients to see, just an other affirmation of their ethics and care. Antoinette was very thorough and an excellent hygienist, she gets my 5 stars as well. Overall excellent dental office in every way.”

I appreciate Dr J Garcia Boss's experience, honesty, the fact he does not rush procedures and takes time to answer questions. Odalys is an excellent dental hygienist who puts patients at ease. Her thoroughness and precise control translate to a gentle experience. It is a fairly new office with equipment chosen with patient's comfort in mind. The x-ray sensors are less bulky than most which minimizes discomfort. As the daughter of a dentist who grew up around a family dental practice, it is important to me to find a skilled trustworthy practice that focuses on patient care over volume.
