Rick was not being dishonest he did everything he could to work with me to receive my funds since my last review. I wrote that review in frustration and I certainly hope that doesn’t reflect on Suncoast business. I will be receiving my refund in the mail And very happy this matter has finally been resolved. Rick does have integrity and I would trust in doing business with him. Suncoast has been very helpful and compassionate during the whole process of providing hearing aids for my father. “I am extremely impressed with the office staff and especially the new office manager. She took my original call and spoke with me for a long time because of how upset I was with all the bad news. I need a lot of dental work done and have been to several different dentists to get opinions. This was the only dentist that said she could save my tooth which was close to the smile, everywhere else I went the dentists said the tooth needed to be extracted. Long story short this is just one of many issues I have right now with my teeth. I went in yesterday and they were able to work something out with me so I could get that tooth taken care of at the same time and it has been taken care of. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. It was worth it yesterday for sure but with all the work I need done I cant possibly afford them since I am a single mother, I'm in school trying to better myself and my children on top of not receiving child support. I had to max out care credit and don't have the funds, there's no other payment plan or option with the office. I know it's my problem not being able to afford it. I felt like I was truly cared about and they did everything they could to make me comfortable with the work I had done. The dentist was incredible, Dr.Ackley is truly efficient, smart, and to the point. I hate putting this off but if I don't get my teeth taken care of now it's only going to get worse. All the staff members were awesome as well, everyone had a great attitude and cared!”

“Always pleasant. Professional staff that is friendly and knowledgeable. You never wait to long after check in to see the doctor...they explain everything and take the time you need. They answer your questions (even in my case where I think I asked the same question multiple times). I am in the office often, damn you fair skin, but always feel like I get thorough exams and plenty of time with the doctors.”
