Dr. Gutierrez and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and explain the process of braces and invisalign very well. Business hours are very convenient as well. I have invisaligns while my son has braces, but he will be switching to invisaligns for teens. Invisaligns for momma are awesome, they are very effective and convenient. “I was looking for a new doctors office, i checked reviews and found many doctors with terrible reviews. Most complaints seemed to be more staff related than the doctor. I was referred to Dr Lopez by a friend, I was pleasantly surprised, office was clean and professional, staff quick to great me and get me ready for appointment. I was taken in at my appointment time, quick process with blood pressure and history review. Dr Lopez arrived soon after, had a great exam, he took a lot of time with me explaining everything in detail. Reviewed my medications and explained what they were for and how they worked. He listened to my concerns and provided one of the best medical exams I have had. Never before, in the history of medical care, has there been such an abundant opportunity , as there is today, for a Doctor that is willing to spend time with a patient before trying to collect his fee. I recommend Dr Lopez! Give him a try, you wont be disappointed!! Tell him “RG” sent you in. WOW! I have been using this office for a short time and am very impressed! I was having a bit of trouble with with a prescription, the pharmacy was giving me different information then the Doctors office. I called in right before closing, explained what was happening and I was told by the receptionist that she would forward the information to the nurse on duty first thing in the morning. I received a call back from DEBRA, she reviewed my file, answered all of the questions I had, provided me with a professional, understanding of what was happening and put me at ease. “Dr. Fitch breathed life back into me after my cancer surgery. I had to receive 4 weeks of radiation 5 days a week, and instead of dreading my appointments there, I looked forward to them. My first visit he told me to take off my mask, and gave me a big hug. Every time I would visit he would start the visit with a hug and huge smile and end the visit the same way. I realized that I was no longer a cancer patient but a cancer survivor. I know he is the reason his staff treats me so well, you can tell everyone there from the receptionist to the radiologists love working there. I am so glad that Dr. Khakpour and Dr. Marple referred me to him. Everywhere you looked in his office there were affirmations that life was good, you would be okay, and you realized your cancer was not the end of your life it was the next chapter. He explained things so easily, so I truly understood why I needed radiation, what the benefits would be and what the impact would be to not do it. After the treatments were over he made sure he explained the reason for the additional chemo pills, and when I told him how sick the first pills made me, he told me if they made me more sick than the benefit of taking them, that maybe they are not necessary discuss it with your oncologist. He explained things to me none of other doctors did, and I am forever grateful to him and his staff for being my partner in fighting the last battle of my cancer.”
