The big plus is if there are any issues I can bring it back to the store instead of having to ship. I already had to call as the instructions on setup needed further instruction and they helped me quickly...the unit is working perfectly. She took time to get to know me, she clearly cares about her patients and wants to help them. She even took time to make copies of stuff that my insurance could help me with. Bring new in Florida and having to leave the doctor that I grew up with has been extremely hard. But I’m so happy that I found such an amazing doctor here.”

Their prices aren’t bad compared to other vets and every technician and vet I have spoken with I have had a great experience with As well. I probably have 10 vet office I pass to get to this one and it is worth it! Edit : 10/31/20 Still nothing but great things to say about this vet! My dog had a minor surgery months ago and they were amazing with keeping us updated on everything going on. When I was having concerns after the surgery the technicians were so personable when I was worried and just made me feel so at ease. I live 30 minutes away and past so many vet offices to get here and I will keep on doing it!”
