They could have gouged me on price, given their lack of inventory and peak demand. They didn’t. It was a fair price, a little under list. They could have encouraged me to buy something inappropriate. They didn’t. They listened, recommended, and then called around to find the right weapon and have it shipped. They could have treated me with commercial indifference or meanness, given my lack of knowledge and general feeling of being anti-guns. They didn’t. They treated me with respect and were very helpful. As it turned out, I never opened the box or used the weapon. I never needed to. But that feeling of safety in what could have been an extreme crisis was, and is, comforting. I want to say “thank you” to the team. Trusted, good people.”

I spoke with Andy for about 30 minutes and he didn’t hesitate to answer all my questions. “Troy and Scuba Steve were impeccable. I have been working to convince my wife to snorkel with me, but it was a challenge since taking a cruise excursion that was not fun for her. They guys made my wife at ease and confident she could do it. They catered to her individually to get her mask and fins fitted. During the fittings there were lots of laughs and before we knew it we were all set. They have a great selection to choose from and are happy to let you try it all. They have done everything from installation of wiring for my computers, phones and security systems to the management of these systems. They have always been able to meet my computer needs. They also keep these systems running at a top performance level. I have found the monthly rates to be very competitive. I also employed them to wire and connect my recently built home. I was very impressed when the internet provider told me my was house was not going to be able to be connected and run the way I wanted it to without spending several thousands of dollars on hardware. I called Mr. Labodie and expressed my concern which he informed me to have the provider get service to the house and they would do the rest. He did not only do what he said he was going to do but he basically installed a network panel in my garage which entailed cutting a hole in the new drywall (scary)and doing some framing. The end result has always been I get just what I need and want. I strongly recommend Red I.T. for all your computer, networking, security and installation needs.”
