I had a bunch of cash that had stuck together from old rubber bands and Juan insisted on making sure I could get all of the money deposited. He worked 20-30 minutes getting the money clean enough for the machines to process. I told him a few times that if it didnt work it was okay but he kept on working on it until it was good to deposit. “Dr. Bentze has been the primary “copilot” in my healthcare journey for the past 14 years. I have an exceptionally complicated medical case that most physicians would drop like a hot rock, but he has been truly present with me through the worst and best times. Dr. Bentze’s listening skills are particularly keen, as is his ability to triage, form a plan of care, and think outside the box. He also has a fantastic sense of humor, which I find to be healing. He’s not very hands on, so if you’re looking for someone who touches you every time you visit, he won’t be a good fit for you. But if you want a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being and is a partner in your health, Dr. Bentze is the best. (Did I mention he’s also somehow always on time?) The office could be managed better (growing pains), but the vast majority of the staff will be kind to you if you treat them with respect. An aside during COVID: I would also like to add that they’ve taken great precautions to protect patients during the COVID pandemic. The office has always been clean, but they’re going the extra mile to make certain that everyone is safe. Telemedicine appointments are available, too.”

“Excellent doctor and facility! When was the last time you saw a doctor - and got MORE than you expected?? Ever? Never? For me, not in recent memory. Such a pleasant surprise going in for a skin scan (because its Florida), expecting it to be as cursory as I've always had (in other Maryland and Florida facilities) - ending with a pat on the shoulder on the way out the door in 10 min flat. My visit with Dr Dodgen was anything but cursory - very engaging, giving multiple opportunities to discuss those nagging skin issues we ALL have. I had several (benign) 'thingies' removed in the office, same day! I was caught offguard - I've always had to return for additional appointments to 'get things done'. With his instructions, I healed wonderfully and quickly. Recheck appointment was instructional and full of advice. Oh, and the facility is brand new & beautiful - staff is friendly and efficient.”
