“In our previous review, we spoke about the awesome job Rx Renovation Experts did on our kitchen remodel. A few days after job completion, we discovered a small crack in the quartz counter. We contacted Mike and Scott and they both agreed to replace the counter top – no questions asked. A week later the replacement counter was completed and installed by Coastal Granite Counter tops. Scott’s (Coastal) people replaced the counter top. The installer’s professionalism was exceptional – no evidence that the counter had been changed out. Now that’s great customer service!”
