Tried it for the first time last weekend and absolutely loved it. It was also delivered earlier than what was estimated and of course, the order was correct . “Always take out. The staff is cheerful and helpful the many times I have been there. The smoked mullet makes a wonderful dinner mainstay. The mullet is moist, taken right off smoker still warm. A special sauce served with fish adds to the taste of it. The cost for each visit is very affordable considering the work involved. The average spent thirty to sixty dollars each visit, the cost is ten dollars for a whole fillet. I just wish they were open more than Thursday thru Saturday. Thank you for this Florida meal that once you smell the fish being smoked, you will find it hard to resist. Other items on menu are available from crabs to mullet rolls. Try this wonderful, little bit of a diner in a country setting. You will not be disappointed.”

“When I went there the owner was dealing with a difficult catering order, I’m assuming, on the phone so I had to wait a few moments before she took my order. She was very patient with whomever it was on the phone because she kept answering the same questions multiple times, bless her heart. Ordering was quick. My food just took forever to come out. She seems to be having some kind of electrical issue and that’s not fair for her. Anywho, I had a burger and sweet potato fries. The fries were cinnamon sugar sweet with almost like a marshmallow sauce which completely threw me off. I was not expecting that. The burger was pink on the inside which also threw me off because it already looked like a traditional burger but for it to mimic a medium rare burger was strange. Both items tasted great though. The burger was gone after the first bite. I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything but I was a bit gassy the next day and that only happens when I eat dairy. I mainly eat raw veggies and all I had was that burger with “cheese”, I’m going to leave that at that. The sweet potatoes seem hand cut so cooking them from raw in an AF, is time consuming and I wish I was given a better time estimate on when my food would have actually been finished.”

“Thai Spice and Sushi in San Marco Plaza, Lakewood Ranch is our favorite restaurant for sushi! There food is delicious and we have never had a bad meal there. We often dine in and pick up for lunch. Today we had a tuna and salmon roll, salmon poke bowl, chicken fried rice and Chicken pad Thai. The food is so fresh and delicious. I called in my order and was ready in 20 minutes. The staff and so friendly. This is the only place in Lakewood Ranch we order sushi from. Highly recommend”

“We had a good breakfast at our first visit. It was busy, but the wait times weren't bad. We sat at the breakfast counter and had the nicest server, Sylvia. She was friendly, energetic, and had great energy. I ordered the pecan banana pancakes with eggs and bacon. My husband had the Cuban and kept repeating how good it was. The juices are advertised as freshly squeezed on the menu but sitting at the counter, we watched them pour from plastic bottles. We will be back as the menu has many enticing options. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. We don't recommend sitting at the breakfast bar....the expeditor Johanne was kind of obnoxious yelling *I need a runner* every 3 min. She was obviously stressed and didn't hold her cool. She was rude to the kitchen staff on many occasions. I didn't like her lack of leadership and teamwork. When so many people are sitting their watching, you need to be cool and calm. The kitchen leader handled it well, though. He smiled and joked and kept his team focused. I enjoyed watching him enjoy himself while also getting orders out in an efficient manner. He's a gem! Prices are reasonable. We will be back. 4/17/22 stopped in for Easter breakfast and sat outside since a beautiful morning. Enjoyed our pancake special and breakfast quesadilla.”

“First time eating at this establishment. A busy Tuesday evening, but we were seated right away. Our server, Wesley, was very attentive and took great care of us. Started with hot crab and cheese dip. WOW! My mouth filled with such great flavors. This dish is worth ordering. Followed up with an entree of mussels and salad. The mussels were cooked in white wine and garlic sauce. This is a very generous portion of mussels and I ate every last one. It was that good. Fresh seafood is something we don't get when we are in our home state. My husband ordered the bourbon glazed salmon.i snagged a taste and it was cooked perfectly. The flavor of the glaze was delicious. Will plan to return on our next visit to this area.”

We don't ever salt anything but had to apply salt three times before we got any flavor. Bun very greasy just fell to pieces. Tater tots alright. Brewed sweet tea great! “I'm in town for work and happened upon gem.This place has great food and great service. My server's name was Lauren and she was very attentive even after she was given a table of 8. Lauren spoke very positively about working here, management and her overall satisfaction with being employed here. That says so much about this restaurants character and morals when employees feel this way. Hearing an employee complain about their employer sometimes dampens the experience. Not the case here and I was delighted to hear how well this restaurant treated their employees. I ordered calamari and raw oysters. The sauce for the calamari was great. So many restaurants serve sub par sauce which ruins the calamari. This was definitely not the case here. My oysters were fresh and came with every condiment I needed to enjoy them. The atmosphere was exactly what I want from an oyster bar. I found my go to place in Ellenton.”

“Euphemia Haye is a gorgeous restaurant with impeccable service and and absolutely wonderful food. I have lived in Sarasota for over 30 years, and EH is one of the top three restaurants in the area, IMO. Call ahead early, and save room for the "Haye Loft", their remarkable desert and after-dinner relaxing area, and you will have had a nearly incomparable evening of Sarasota fine dining. It isn't cheap, nor should it be, but you will get your money's worth in service and eye-rolling food. If Euphemia Haye isn't the finest restaurant in Sarasota and Manatee counties it most certainly is in the debate.”
