“Our A/C stopped working out fist day down there and even though they were not able to get the part to get it running they did everything they could to help us! We had no appointment and they even tried to replace the whole unit but I believe the interface board from the camper to the a/c unit went bad. For is to make matters worse our second unit went out at our next stop!! What a trip!! Thanks for trying guys!!”

There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”
